Stop Asking For What You Have Been Given

Hello everyone,

Ephesians 3:20 says, “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us”, this verse is very popular and I would like to take a look at it again. We all believe God can do everything, but God cannot force things to happen in our lives if we don’t allow it. As Sons of God, God has given us everything through Grace, but it is left for us to receive it through faith, and when I say everything, I mean everything. But as everything have been given, it wasn’t our wants that were given, but our needs that were given, because God would never give us what we don’t need and it is what we need that He has provided.

Now, as Sons of God, you have the fullness of God dwelling inside of you, that is all that was given to Jesus is also given to you, and remember, all authority in heaven and earth have been given to Jesus, and to receive Christ Jesus as Lord of your life implies you also have the same authority, but for those things which are exceedingly above all that we ask or think to happen it is left to us to make use of what we have, because it is according to what we release that we see happen. So there are things that aren’t God’s business anymore but ours! Log on tomorrow as I continue this topic.

May the LORD bless you and keep you, make His face shine upon you. May the LORD be gracious to you and lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace. AMEN.

Why not accept Jesus today if you haven’t. Pray out loud, “Jesus, I confess that You are my Lord and Saviour. I believe in my heart that God raised You from the dead. By faith in Your Word, I receive salvation now. Thank You for saving me!” Congratulations, you’re born again, you are now brand new!

Log on next time.
