Now This Is The Life God Wants Us To Live (Conclusion)

Happy Monday everyone,

And this was my last paragraph yesterday, “As we enter into this rest, we are guided into every step we take as the Holy Spirit become our guide and we having the word of God/Jesus abiding in us, life becomes so full of Grace and we know what we are to do and this is how we are not guided or controlled by mammon, because at this point we would understand that everything we would ever need had been provided for long before we were born and mammon becomes our servant and not the other way round and now God is the one we truly serve.” In essence, God wants us to be one with Him, which is why we find Him giving us His life, He doesn’t want any separation between ourselves and Himself. This is why we have to understand why our new Spirit when we become Believers become the exact same Spirit of God, [ref. John 17:3, Ephesians 4:4-6].

You will find in the gospels when Jesus was talking about taking up your cross and following Him, He then said what would it profit a man if he gains the whole world and then loses his soul [ref. Matthew 16:26, Mark 8:26, Luke 9:25], in other words, there is something beyond than the acquisition of wealth. Following Jesus is being Him, true we would face a lot of trials along the way but who told you that won’t happen if you are on your own? The difference between the two is the outcome, one comes out stronger as having overcome, while the other comes out battered which is a typical life’s situation in this case.

You can never walk with Jesus and fail or lose or reject walking with Him. Why do you think His disciples kept walking with Him? A perfect example is the feeding of the 5,000 by Jesus after Jesus had fed the people they came back the next day in need of food, but when Jesus explained to them that which was above physical food which is Himself, they deserted Him. But when He turned to His disciples asking them saying, “Do you also want to go away?” (John 6:67) but the disciples had come to an understanding that life was beyond eating and drinking, that is why Simon Peter answered saying, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. Also, we have come to believe and know that You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” (John 6:68-69), [ref. John 6:22-71].

Again, we should look at working with God as an all-expense paid trip as we do His work. And working for God is not like a job, let me explain. Someone told you a great news and you are so excited you just want to tell somebody, so the Holy Spirit guides you on how to share this good news. Also, we need to understand that Jesus takes care of us as He takes care of Himself exactly. But all these is just is a decision we are to make for ourselves if we want to be one with Christ or not, but I’ll tell you the truth, there is no life outside of Jesus Christ.

May the LORD bless you and keep you, make His face shine upon you. May the LORD be gracious to you and lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace. AMEN.

Why not accept Jesus today if you haven’t. Pray out loud, “Jesus, I confess that You are my Lord and Saviour. I believe in my heart that God raised You from the dead. By faith in Your Word, I receive salvation now. Thank You for saving me!” Congratulations, you’re born again, you are now brand new!
