How To Exercise The Perfect Will of God (Part 2)

Hello everyone,

To live by faith is very easy and at the same time could appear tough, it all has to do with our willingness to submit ourselves to the perfect will of God for our lives irrespective of whatever we feel we might have achieved. Today is the continuation of the last blog which addressed how to exercise the perfect will of God.

When Jesus addressed His disciples in Mark 11 when they saw the tree which He spoke to withered just through His words, He made it clear that if someone should say to a thing, maybe a mountain for instance and cast it into the sea and doesn’t doubt in His heart, but believes what He has said, it would be done for Him. This is the reason why knowing what God has ordained you to do is paramount in your life because it is your life, it is the purpose why you were born, and of course, the first thing Jesus told His disciples was to have the God kind of faith. Until you see what God has told you, nothing will happen, and meditating on the word day and night, fixing your mind on the word helps make you see not with the carnal mind, but with the mind and eyes of God.

The moment you get a hold of the Word of God for your life, keep saying over and over again till it becomes a part of you. The reason is that there are two forces in the world which the mind has the choice to pick any but not both, they are the force of the carnal mind and the force of the Spirit. As I explained, the Spirit is more powerful than the carnal mind, but the choice to pick is left to us.

We were born to meet this carnal world of the five senses, to then bring up a dimension that is completely different from that of the carnal mind takes Holy Spirit alone to make us understand this level, and it is when we submit to it that we understand this. Eventually, when we come to the knowledge of the Spirit, where we would find the perfect will of God for our lives, we need to keep meditating on the Word of God as I explained before that this is the planting aspect, while declaring the Word over and over until it becomes our way of life, is the watering of what God has revealed to us.

As we know, God cannot lie, so in our quest to properly switch from living by our five senses to living faith, it is when we live by faith that we then see what God has called us to do. But in one of the questions I brought up, one could say, “What do all these have to do with my success, because I’m doing just fine?” how does this apply because, what everybody wants is a fulfilled life, but really, are you truly fulfilled?

May the LORD bless you and keep you, make His face shine upon you. May the LORD be gracious to you and lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace. AMEN.

Why not accept Jesus today if you haven’t. Pray out loud, “Jesus, I confess that You are my Lord and Saviour. I believe in my heart that God raised You from the dead. By faith in Your Word, I receive salvation now. Thank You for saving me!” Congratulations, you’re born again, you are now brand new!
