How To Exercise The Perfect Will of God

Hello everyone,

In looking at the recent focus of subject matter, I’ve been able to explain the power that comes from the Word of God. The Word of God as I’ve often explained isn’t just something we should just play around with, it is what determines everything that we know including our perfect will. In my last write-up, I said I would explain how to put the perfect will of God into perfect use, and that is what I intend to do today.

Knowing the perfect will of God for your life is one thing, putting it into action is another, just as God knew the perfect will in the creation of the world, He didn’t just keep quiet since He knew the perfect will for the creation of the world, instead He put it to work by declaring it and it became what He said. To know the perfect will for your life comes with power because the words which you would be saying in bringing it to pass would have to be the Word of God. First of all, you received the perfect will for your life through faith, what you have to do is declare it through faith also, because, it most likely won’t make sense to your carnal mind, and this is why you need to meditate on the word of God day and night.

Joshua 1:8 says, “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.” The Amplified puts the last line as “For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good success.”

Having the perfect will of God in your hand is what God has given you, what is next is to put it to use. It is like seeds which you have been given, you need to plant them before you see a tree, declaring what God has given to you as your perfect will is the watering part of the planting. The planting is the meditation of the word of God so that you will know what to say. And remember, the Word of God is no ordinary word, it is alive, and when you declare the Word of God in faith, you see the Word in action. I repeat, you see the Word of God in action. To deal wisely as Joshua 1:8 says is to always know the right things to do and says at the right time. All these because you allowed the Word of God to do the work. That sound funny right?

Have you ever wondered why some things which some people consider as tough becomes all of a sudden surprisingly easy when it comes to you, and you know that this had nothing to do with your expertise? This is what I’m talking about, the Word of God does not go and come back void, but must accomplish all that it has been sent [ref. Isaiah 55:11]. This is the Word of God I’m talking about here, and not some mere words. As long as you declare exactly what God has called you for in line with the perfect will of God for your life IN FAITH, it is bound to come to pass.

May the LORD bless you and keep you, make His face shine upon you. May the LORD be gracious to you and lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace. AMEN.

Why not accept Jesus today if you haven’t. Pray out loud, “Jesus, I confess that You are my Lord and Saviour. I believe in my heart that God raised You from the dead. By faith in Your Word, I receive salvation now. Thank You for saving me!” Congratulations, you’re born again, you are now brand new!
