Don't Play Table Tennis With Your Life

Hi everyone,

Many of us want to see things happening for good in our lives, things such as financial turnaround, sound health, and other similar things. We often say more action less talk, right? True but for there to be a complete miracle, healing, breakthrough, spiritual and physical progress, good success, prosperity, divine favour, being planted by the rivers of waters, you need to believe and know what you have been given and believe and then receive what you have been given. You have to maintain a stand for what you have, you need to see it, why? Because it exists already, many of us are not patient, and we must remember that patience is among the fruit of the spirit. Patience is a very powerful tool which we must have and develop in our lives because faith works with patience.

We need to understand that what is synonymous with faith and fear is focus, but you can’t have both faith and fear at the same time. When we don’t see success easily but failures, is because to be focused on fear, you must doubt and when you doubt, you are not working with faith. You can’t sit on the fence, you are either for or against, in other words, you are either for the faith of for fear, which would imply that you either believe what has been given to you or you doubt it.

We are not to play table tennis in faith and fear, it is planting a seed and then removing it, and planting it again and then removing it, and we expect to see the result, we then cry to God for not helping you, where you were not helping yourself. The reason why we sometimes play table tennis with faith and fear is that in order to believe, you have to be creative, and creativity is what brings about something new, something no one has ever seen before. Of course, why would you doubt what you’ve seen before, it doesn’t make sense. You can only doubt what you’ve not seen before.

The Bible says the just or righteous shall live by faith, (ref.: Habakkuk 2:4), in other words, the just shall be creative, or better still, the just must be creative. Take a look at God in the creation story, He displayed creativity, (ref.: Genesis 1). Why this shouldn’t be a thing of surprise is that we serve a God of creativity, which is the authority He gave Christ in His resurrection, and it is the same authority we possess because we are joint heirs with Christ, and as He is so are we in this world, (ref.: Romans 8:17, 1 John 4:17).

God the Father knows all that we need, (ref.: Matthew 6:32), and to succeed in life you must have a focus and a stand, this brings out the creative authority of Christ in you, (ref.: Ephesians 3:20). And to strengthen us, we must remember that we serve a God who has provided all that we would ever need, as I said you’re just to stand on what you believe, because as Jesus told those He performed miracles with, He said, “…as you have believed, so let it be done for you.”

May the LORD bless you and keep you, make His face shine upon you. May the LORD be gracious to you and lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace. AMEN.

Why not accept Jesus today if you haven’t. Pray out loud, “Jesus, I confess that You are my Lord and Saviour. I believe in my heart that God raised You from the dead. By faith in Your Word, I receive salvation now. Thank You for saving me!” Congratulations, you’re born again, you are now brand new!
