There Is One Foundation (Part 2)

Hello everyone,

Yesterday, I said I would clarify the solution to the key issue of on why churches haven’t been truly unified under Jesus Christ.

Members of the body of Christ (Believers) have lost focus on what Christ asked them to focus on. The task Jesus Christ left is so simple as we can find it in Matthew 28:19 which says, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen. This is so simple, right? But this has been misinterpreted by leaders of the church.

The solution here is that it is only what Jesus said which the good news is and nothing else that should be the message, the grace God has brought to us through Jesus Christ. Emphasising on sin doesn’t make sense because we all know that has been our problem, so why talk so much about our problem that we know of rather than emphasise on the solution, and the solution is the finished work of Jesus and the grace we received on a platter of gold. This is the good news and nothing, I repeat, nothing should be added. But what do we have? Leaders adding things to what is already complete and forgetting the truth.

Until we understand that we don’t have anything to add to what Jesus has done for us and telling everyone the good news then we won’t have a unified church. No matter your calling in Christ; whether in prophecy, healing, teaching and so on, if all doesn’t point to the finished work of Jesus Christ then we are putting people in bondage that Jesus saved the whole world.

May the LORD bless you and keep you, make His face shine upon you. May the LORD be gracious to you and lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace. AMEN.

                    

Why not accept Jesus today if you haven’t. Pray out loud, “Jesus, I confess that You are my Lord and Saviour. I believe in my heart that God raised You from the dead. By faith in Your Word, I receive salvation now. Thank You for saving me!” Congratulations, you’re born again, you are now brand new!
