A woki toki is a device that has a radio transmitter and a receiver, commonly used by the police. Now, this device is used to communicate, and a leader of the group could communicate using the woki toki, and the those receiving the information can respond to the message.
Jesus came to save the world from sin by freeing us from it, and also to bring into a brand new life without sin, a perfect life beyond our wildest dreams and imagination, a life having the Spirit of God Himself. Now, Jesus death was the sacrifice we needed to free us from the bondage of sin. While His resurrection was the evidence that we have been freed from sin, (ref.: 1 Corinthians 15:17).
Now, that Christ Jesus has risen, many didn't know they are free from the bondage of sin, and they have an offer of a brand new life by Grace. So, Jesus commissioned His disciples to go into all the world, letting them know that they have been free from sin, and they have the chance to join a brand new life in the kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Jesus commanded His disciples to stay in an upper room, and wait for their woki toki to arrive, which He, Jesus would use to communicate with them, telling them how to go about the mission, because He alone knows the perfect way of carrying out the mission, (ref.: Acts 1:4). Without the woki toki, they cannot begin the mission. They would need to communicate with Jesus to get directions from Him, and He would always direct their steps because He see ahead of them. He knows how everyone moves because He has cameras everywhere that can see everything that is happening. So, the disciples can bank on Him for His leading and direction, and must always be in tune with Him, or else they could fall victim of the evil guys; and won't be able to locate those they have been sent to rescue.
The woki toki symbolises the Holy Spirit whom Jesus has promised to send us. The leading of the Holy Spirit is actually Jesus still leading (another evidence that Jesus and the Holy Spirit are one and the same).
Sadly, there are those who have received the woli toki, but don't listen to Jesus when He speaks because they are carried away by the things of the world. With this, they fall victim of the evil one, and wonder why their lives aren't going smoothly. The question is, have you been listening to the woki toki?
Another set of people can't recognise who is speaking in the woki toki because they haven't studied the map on how to move, and the weapons they possess (referring to the meditating on the word of God). By meditating on the word of God daily, the word becomes alive in you, especially with the fact that you now carry His Spirit. So, when the Lord Jesus speaks as the Holy Spirit, He corresponds with the word of God and your Spirit, which makes you know who is speaking.
In as much as meditating on the word of God is very important, the leading of the Holy Spirit is also very important and must not be left out. This is because to meditate on the word and leave out the Holy Spirit or rest on your degree, is like knowing the way, but having all senses cut off, which is so sad to imagine.
Study the map [meditate on the word of God], but never leave out the woki toki [never neglect the leading of the Holy Spirit], it must be a dialogue, and not a monologue.
Why not accept Jesus today if you haven’t. Pray out loud, “Jesus, I confess that You are my Lord and Saviour. I believe in my heart that God raised You from the dead. By faith in Your Word, I receive salvation now. Thank You for saving me!” Congratulations, you’re born again, you are now brand new!
