What Is The True Use of Money?

Hello everyone,

I’ve been writing on how and why giving in love is the true currency. Yesterday, after establishing the truth that giving in love is the true currency, I then brought up a question which I believe most of you would ask, and that is to know if having money is a bad thing. And this is what I would answer today.

Having understood that giving in love is the true currency, what now is the use of money since it came about as a result of the fallen nature? To answer the question straight away, money on its own is not bad, but what makes it good or bad is what system it falls under. Now under the present world system, money is the boss which controls everyone, except those who are born anew in Christ and are utilising their true nature. You see people slaving themselves to get money, it lays a standard anywhere it goes and it is because it hasn’t found its boss.

Money being the boss is where it has been misappropriated. Money is supposed to be controlled and not the other way round. Money is supposed to be given out because it has to flow by being controlled by the power of giving in love. Money is just a servant that answers when its boss calls with you deciding where you want it to go, but you see money telling you where to go to which isn’t so. You have so much authority to command a thing to become whatever value you want it to, that’s a story for another day.

Now, as giving in love stands as the true currency, the use of money won’t be necessary anymore, and why is that? It is so because value has been placed by the world on things due to the level of its scarcity and as we are to come to the understanding that nothing is scarce anymore, money shouldn’t be the measuring factor of things anymore, but can this be done at the moment when not everyone understands this principle? No, it can’t, so what should be way out?

With this, money should be seen as a seed that needs to be sown or sent on errands as I said earlier, the reason is that this strengthens our faith believing that we don’t depend on money but on God, and this causes an open doors to the blessings which God has placed in store for us according to the principle he created here on earth, what do I mean by this? Jesus showed us that you don’t need money to survive, all we need is our complete trust and belief in Him which we activate with our tongue by declaring His life into whatever thing is needed because He has given us all things [1 Corinthians 3:21-23; Ephesians 1:3]; or what would you prefer to have a trillion dollars with you in the desert or would you prefer to have whatever you need to be given to you just by you ordering it be? The second option of course.

Jesus hasn’t provided us money, rather He has provided our needs and money is not a need if you really think of it, money is just a scale to measure the worth of a need and not the need itself. Money is to be sent on errands to bless others and should not determine how we are to live. If by any means you need to have money, it would only be because those who need it are of the world, so cases could happen when a person could insist on receiving money from you, maybe at a place you went to, it is then that you could convert a part of your unlimited wealth into cash by speaking it forth, maybe speaking to your ATM or someone sends you the money. Jesus did something like this when He was to pay His tax and money was needed [Matthew 17:24-27]. Which implies that our worth is tagged as priceless, which can’t be measured. We possess anything we want because we have transacted through giving in love and others give to us through love or we command wealth when needed because we have a spiritual account which we created when we gave. The wealth just keeps flowing to us and through us. Money is only needed when necessary because of who you’re dealing with.

In conclusion, those who are born of God should get a point where they won’t need money anymore, actually, we are not to use money at all, why is that? The Bible says in Galatians 5:25, “If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.” How do you walk in the Spirit when it has to do with living without money? Log on tomorrow and find out how we are to live a cashless society.

May the LORD bless you and keep you, make His face shine upon you. May the LORD be gracious to you and lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace. AMEN.

Why not accept Jesus today if you haven’t. Pray out loud, “Jesus, I confess that You are my Lord and Saviour. I believe in my heart that God raised You from the dead. By faith in Your Word, I receive salvation now. Thank You for saving me!” Congratulations, you’re born again, you are now brand new!
