That's it, I'm not reasoning it out anymore. I said this in some of my previous write-ups, when God tells you to do a thing, it doesn't make logical sense [humanly speaking] most times. The moment you try to analyse it using your human logic, it doesn’t come together. And if you dwell on the human logic to get it done, you'll end up not moving.
All the way from Genesis to Revelation, till today, God is still the same in terms of how His words cannot be understood using human logic. From Noah, when God asked him to build an ark, and fill it up with a pair of every living animal on earth. Using the measurement given to Noah by God, it won't appear logical.
What about Abraham? God told Abraham who was 99 years of age, that his wife who had been confirmed barren, and was 89 years of age, would have a child by 90. This sounds so unbelievable.
What of Moses who was sent by God to free his people who were enforced slaves in the most powerful nation of the then world. The people to be freed weren't 20 in number, or 100, or even a thousand. They were millions. To make matters more illogical, Moses didn't go there with an army. All he went there with was a staff, and no army, THAT'S ALL!
I won't be chanced to talk about Joshua, Gideon, David, Jehoshaphat, Elijah, Elisha, and more. But I have a little time left to talk about my role model—Jesus Christ.
How would Jesus see a girl who was confirmed dead and say she wasn't dead, but only asleep. How can you tell your disciples that they had little faith when on a boat on a lake, and faced with a storm who shook the boat violently. How can you speak of your death, how you'll die. OK, one could try to reason this out a little bit. But how would you speak of your resurrection with the precise timing.
In all these events that I stated above and more that are in the scriptures, and those that we experience personally, one thing was always certain, they all came out victorious, just because they believed and followed all that God asked them to do.
It was then certain as I concluded, that though they may appear illogical humanly speaking, but they are not below logic, rather they are above and beyond logic, which makes its accuracy a reason for that, as it stands the test of time individually but unique in its own right, as they cannot be repeated in terms of a scientific approach. But however they come, as long as it is from God, the result is always excellent and perfect, for God cannot be mocked.
Why not accept Jesus today if you haven’t. Pray out loud, “Jesus, I confess that You are my Lord and Saviour. I believe in my heart that God raised You from the dead. By faith in Your Word, I receive salvation now. Thank You for saving me!” Congratulations, you’re born again, you are now brand new!
