There are times we face challenges in our lives that are genuine and we bring these challenges to God to come through for us. After doing this, what do we expect? Many times we leave the entire thing to God, not realising that it was really not up to God anymore. So, who is it up to?
Let's look at two verses. Mark 11:24 says, "Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them." Also, Ephesians 3:20 says "Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us"
When we pray to God, Jesus said we are to believe that we have received what we prayed for. Just hold on to that.
Now, this is where we need to pay attention: As Sons and Daughters of God, the fulness of God is embedded in us. In other words, all of who God is, and His authority dwells in us. So, the question would be what am I to do to get this prayer answered?
True, Mark 11:24 says we should believe that which we prayed for and we will have it. But Ephesians 3:20 allows us to understand that the fulness of Christ is in us. And all that we would ever need has been provided to us by the Spirit (ref.: Ephesians 1:3). What we are to do is to know these things (God's purpose for us) by being led by the Holy Spirit which in turn allows the release of the fulness of Christ/God as we declare the purpose of God into existence.
Our personal prayers shouldn't be prayers but declaration of faith that leads to physical manifestation.
We are not to be double minded because He who is double minded isn't ready to receive what God has put inside of him or her (ref.: James 1:6-8).
God has done His part, it is left to us to know the plan of God for us and declare them into existence. Our level of belief determines the manifestation. In other words, if we doubt, nothing happens. And by doubt I mean having a plan B.
Why not accept Jesus today if you haven’t. Pray out loud, “Jesus, I confess that You are my Lord and Saviour. I believe in my heart that God raised You from the dead. By faith in Your Word, I receive salvation now. Thank You for saving me!” Congratulations, you’re born again, you are now brand new!
