What Language Do You Speak?

Hello everyone,

There is a popular verse in the Book of Proverbs 18:21 which says, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.” Many times, when we see this verse we think it is referring to only those who know God. But it isn’t, this verse is referring to all of mankind. From the beginning, God gave man the ability to create, because Man was created the image and likeness of God. So, since we know this, do we know its implication?

To say death and life are in the power of the tongue implies that whatever we say is either causing creation of destruction based on what we focus our words at. The power of the tongue is so powerful that a sick person can become well within a period of time, based on how strong the person’s will power, just by speaking life to the cells of the sick area. Scientists even tested this theory on plants and found out words can affect plants positively or negatively based on what we say to it. What then makes a person who has a new in Christ Jesus different from a regular person who doesn’t yet have Jesus as his or her new life?

The old life was corrupted when Adam ate of the wrong tree in Genesis 3. But Jesus came and got the powers from the devil who stole it from Adam. Now, Jesus could do that because He came as a sacrifice and the new Adam. Jesus started a brand new life which is different from the life we inherited when we were born under the first Adam. Now, the reason why the life of Jesus is better than the life of Adam apart from it not being corrupt is than all authority in heaven and on earth has been given to the new Adam—Jesus, (ref.: Matthew 28:18; Philippians 2:9-11).

Now, Jesus supersedes the old Adam, and not only that, the old Adam is that which is obsolete. My focus here is that under the new Adam, Jesus is Life, and He lives in us when we receive Him as Lord. So, when we speak life, we are actually speaking Jesus into that situation. This is how the sick got their healing when Christ was on earth. He spoke the life of God to the sick, and the life of God which supersedes all other authority manifested its power in the sick, as they became well. This is the same thing that would happen to us when we speak life. However, the only thing that doesn’t make this manifest is when we don’t believe in the power that we carry. This is why meditation on the word is very important, to strengthen our faith in the life that lives in us, and this is what makes Mark 16:17-18 manifest.

So, parents, are you speaking life to your children? Are we speaking life to our health or just accepting the negative report of the Doctors? Are you speaking life to your finances, [I mean when you’ve worked, and not sat home]? We shouldn’t just accept the negative vibes of the world because it is what we see as normal. The truth is if it is not bringing life to you and most importantly if it is not bringing The Life to you, stay away from that zone, and counter it by declaring life to yourself. The world is full of distractions, don’t be a victim of death, but one who accepted The Life, so watch what you say.

May the LORD bless you and keep you, make His face shine upon you. May the LORD be gracious to you and lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace. AMEN.

Why not accept Jesus today if you haven’t. Pray out loud, “Jesus, I confess that You are my Lord and Saviour. I believe in my heart that God raised You from the dead. By faith in Your Word, I receive salvation now. Thank You for saving me!” Congratulations, you’re born again, you are now brand new!

Authority Through Obedience of Faith

Happy New Week everyone,

I read up on the story of Moses when he was taking the children out of Egypt, especially when they were approaching the red sea and Pharaoh and his army were behind the children of Israel. They got to a point and cried to Moses, then Moses said to the people in Exodus 14:13-14, “And Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever. 14The LORD will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.”

At this point, Moses himself was lost of ideas because he believed he had followed the direct instruction of the Lord. But what got me amazed was how God reasons when God said in verse 15, “And the LORD said to Moses, “Why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to go forward. 16But lift up your rod, and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it. And the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.” What if Moses didn’t cry to God, as He asked Moses why he cried to Him? It was then I understood the authority of God as we follow Him. Let me explain further.

God has all authority, but here on earth, His authority is manifested through us. Moses had decided to follow the instructions of the Lord God, which implies that the authority which supersedes every authority would just be flowing. This is what I got to understand; the moment God tells a person to do a thing, it implies that He has gone ahead of all obstacles you may face, as He is omnipresent, He who has seen the end before you get there and is in future before you get there. The only thing is for you to just follow His instructions and all obstacles are already taken care of. So, when He told Moses to take the route that leads to the red sea. If Moses hadn’t stopped moving, the sea would have split by itself without him raising his rod.

The point is that when we are following God and He gives us His instruction, we are to shut down our five senses, by raising an authority above the five senses. Moses, got a little confused as he saw the sea and saw the army behind him. He wasn’t afraid, but waited for further instructions, because going by his five senses, they couldn’t walk on water. But God asked him why he cried to Him because God never said they should to get to the bank of the sea and stop. He never asked Moses to stop, but Moses stopped. This is very interesting.

Going further to the time when Jesus asked the disciples to get the colt at a house. Jesus being led by the Holy Spirit understood that God had gone ahead to ensure there was a colt there and the person would ask a question, which was why He told the disciples if anyone says anything, they should simply say the Lord has need of it, (ref.: Matthew 21:2; Mark 11:2; Luke 19:30,32-34). To me, that answer doesn’t make sense, going by the five senses, but exactly what Jesus said as followed came to pass, just because they didn’t think otherwise, but followed exactly what Jesus said. A similar thing happened when Jesus asked them to meet a person who would direct them to the place they would have their Passover, (ref.: Mark 14:13; Luke 22:10).

The whole point here is that the obedience of faith to what God tells you through the Spirit of Jesus (Holy Spirit) is what unleashes the resurrection authority of Jesus. God has gone ahead to clear every obstacle. Let me make that clearer, He has already cleared every obstacle you would every face. You fall in place just by the obedience of faith.

We are to raise Jesus and not ourselves up. We were bought with a price and He protects His own.

Understanding His Love Towards Us

Hi everyone,

In many cases, we tend to be impatient when we pray for something that is really bothering us. And then someone comes to tell you that all that you’ve been praying for has been answered, and you’re bothered why you’ve not seen it, and since you can’t see it, you then go back to pray by asking for what has been given to you, maybe you did ask properly, didn’t sing the right song of praise to God, or didn’t fast when others did, all these causes worry in your heart. And this is what Jesus saw in the desperate nature of man when He spoke on the mountain in the Gospel of Matthew chapter 6 in reference to verses 25-34, where He asked us not to worry.

Jesus asked us not to worry that God knows all that we seek even before we asked Him, (ref.: Matthew 6:32). And God loves us beyond human comprehension, (ref.: Matthew 7:9-11). So, with all these, why don’t we see the miracles immediately, and a sick person suffers continuously, and someone says the sick person has a loving Father? Or the one who after all his hard work loses his job, his bank account blinks red, and he has mouths to feed, but he pays his tithes and offering regularly. What could be wrong? If I didn’t go through things similar to all these, it won’t dim fit to tell you what is wrong.

The one issue is that we don’t yet understand properly that God loves us. We may argue this, but I tell you, the more you understand how much God loves you, you see yourself worrying less, and you have a proper relationship with God, and how you talk to Him. You see what He said He has given us manifest quicker than we expected, like the area of health. Take the healing ministry of Jesus while He was here on earth. Everyone, He touched got their healing instantly, why is yours different? You need to believe and know that He loves you more than before, and when He said we are healed then we are healed.

Let me make it clearer for you. We often look at our bodies to see the physical transformation right? But that is wrong because it is not what we are to focus on. And in understanding the love God has for us, we would carefully see that He gave us a new life to save us. I don’t think you got that. Our bodies reflect the old life we left that is under the kingdom of darkness. But in order to see the love and grace manifest physically, get to know the One who carries the new life, by fixing your eyes on Him and not your body. This is because He and not your body is the new life.

Fix your eyes on His perfection, health, wealth, success, His life, because in Him is the result of all we hoped for. So, when you understand how much He loves to do all this for you by fixing your eyes on Him, your mind is renewed, and your body is transformed into His body, but it is a gradual process. This is where we see healing, a financial breakthrough. But take note, it wasn’t your old body that got the healing or financial breakthrough, or any other miracle. What really happens is that your body gets transformed into His body in that area of renewal of your mind, this is what Romans 12:2 means. You just have to be patient and be committed to the renewal of your mind by knowing how much He loves you through the meditation of His word and allowing the Holy Spirit to lead you through His love and this where you find out the true love story.

Beyond Every Other Name

Hello everyone,

Yesterday, I was really out, pushing out how we are not under the power and authority of the devil unless we allow the idiot to, [the use of the word ‘idiot’ implies the devil, as used in this write-up]. The idiot doesn’t have any powers anymore, please let us believe this. But nevertheless, if you’re still stubborn about this, the question now, why are you conscious of the powers of the idiot, which is if the idiot has any powers, because, the idiot isn’t and CAN NEVER be on the same level with Jesus, which even to write is an insult on the part of Our Lord.

The first reason is that all authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Jesus, which He Himself said Matthew 28:18. And Apostle Paul broke this further in Philippians 2:9-11 which says Jesus has been given a name which is above every name. The name of Jesus is so powerful that at His name knee bows, in heaven, earth, and under the earth. And this same Jesus sent His Spirit to dwell in us, which is His person. So, what do you think the idiot sees first when it approaches you? Jesus! The one Person the idiot fears tremendously. But when the idiot sees that you don’t know who you are, the idiot capitalises on the area you haven’t renewed through deceit, just for one purpose, which is for you to confess its deceit into reality.

Never forget one thing, death and life is in the power of the tongue, (ref.: Proverbs 18:21). Thus, whatever we say are either bringing to life a thing or causing the death of a thing, and if we see the deceit the idiot brings towards us as real, it would become real, because the idiot doesn’t have the power to create nor any power for that matter, but we do and should be careful in the use of it.

The first thing we must know is the supremacy of the name of Jesus, and we should believe it in faith and confidence, and not in fear, because if we don’t know any scripture what so ever, the name of Jesus when called in faith is sufficient for us. The name of Jesus is enough to resist the idiot, where Apostle James said the idiot would flee from us, (ref.: James 4:7). All we just need to do is have so much confidence in the name of Jesus, that He is the solution to all your problems. Nothing, I mean NOTHING can stand the presence of His name. But calling His name in fear is acknowledging the other thing as powerful, as or more powerful than His name, which is an insult beyond words.

This is why meditation on the word of God is extremely important, in order to know who He is. It is all about Him, and not about us even for a second. We are to fix our eyes on Jesus because every other thing is a distraction, (ref.: Hebrews 12:2). And when you’re in Christ Jesus, no other power exists. Just keep bragging about the greatness and the awesome power of His name, this is why praise and worship are very important because it strengthens your faith so much. And strengthens your confidence and trust in Him.

I don’t know about you, but my Jesus didn’t die for nothing. His death, burial, and resurrection have given me the greatest freedom my mind cannot comprehend. Jesus is my everything, He is more than the purest of gold. He is the best and would always be the best decision I ever made.

The Idiot Has No Powers

Hello everyone,

You know, this has to be said over and over again till it sinks into our subconscious because someone keeps playing on our intelligence and the church is the biggest victim here and we are going off point. What am I ranting about is that the idiot doesn’t have any power. Who is the idiot? It is the devil.

My writing on it today is even not supposed to be because it is giving it too much credit because we are talking about it. We must understand that first the devil first is a fallen angel and angels do nothing without taking instructions, it is how they were created. Now, the devil was kicked out of heaven where it lost all its powers till Adam gave it his powers (ref.: Genesis 3). But even with Adam’s power and authority, it could not go beyond where gave it authority, we can see that in the life of Job. But the most important thing is when Jesus died, He went to hell and took all the power and authority which Adam gave from it, which rendered it COMPLETELY POWERLESS (ref.: Colossians 2:15). This needs to sink in. So, why does it appear as if it still has powers?

First of all, the only thing it has is the ability to deceive which is full of lies from start to finish. So, when Jesus died and got all authority when He resurrected, anyone who decided to leave the kingdom of darkness to the kingdom of Jesus as Jesus had already done by taking us away from it, it was left for us to receive what Jesus had done for us, and as many received Jesus as their new life receive the fullness of Christ Jesus with His full authority, (ref.: Ephesians 1:22; Colossians 1:12-13).

Now, we need to understand that our spirit was transformed to the same Spirit of Christ Jesus when we received Jesus, and not our mind or body. This is why Paul asks us that after presenting our bodies as a sacrifice to Christ Jesus, we should transform our bodies by the renewal of our minds (ref. Romans 12:1-2). And the only way we can transform our mind is through the word of God.

Our minds need renewal because our spirit has changed to a brand new one full of power and authority. Our mind is used to the old way of reasoning, and the devil knows this. This is where it plays on our intelligence. The devil presents certain elements that appear real to the physical body, and since we haven’t renewed that part of our mind, then call that which the devil has presented as real, and it becomes real. The devil doesn’t have the power of creation, not even the archangel does. But we do with the power God gave to man.

So, nothing the devil does is real till we call it real. It brings symptoms of a certain sickness, and if we haven’t renewed that aspect of our mind, we confess that we have that sickness and it comes to pass, and when we meet the doctor, he sees the sickness in our body.

But having renewed our minds in the area of health, and the devil tries to play on our intelligence by bringing deceptive feelings of sickness, rather than confessing who we were, we are to confess Who we have become by saying things like, “I’m the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.” You don’t need to say “By the stripes of Jesus, I was healed” because nobody said you were sick. To say that would imply you saying you’re sick, and you still fall sick. Look the devil is a trick star. You can only confess that when you fell into its web of sickness, then you say, “By the stripes of Jesus, I was healed.”

We need to understand and believe whatever we confess, because if we confess them in fear nothing happens. But when confessed in faith, by knowing Who gave you the authority, then you see yourself get out of the mess the devil made you enter. This is why meditation on the word of God is so important in order for the Holy Spirit to lead you daily based on what you meditated on which on Who you have now become. This is very important because the devil uses our ignorance to get its evil deeds done. And do not mix the old covenant where the devil had powers with the new covenant where it no longer has powers anymore.

But the most important thing is that The Idiot Has No Powers.

Where Do You Stand?

Happy New Week everyone,

The word of scriptures really is a tonic one needs to take before leaving the house each morning. I just went through Daniel chapter 3 and was wowed, even though I’ve known this story since childhood. But the word was renewed again when I went through it. And remember nothing in the scripture is fictional, they all happened real life, so it is left for your imagination to take place while going through the scripture.

My focus today is on Daniel 3, the story of the three Hebrews boys—Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah, popularly known as Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, about the time they were thrown into the fire, over the refusal to bow down to the golden image. Let me show what got me wowed.

Let’s look at Daniel 3:16-18. Before this verse, it had come to the notice of King Nebuchadnezzar that these three Hebrew boys refused to bow down to the golden image which the King had commanded everyone to bow to the moment they hear the musical instrument, and if anyone object, that person or persons would be thrown into the furnace of fire. That alone is enough for everyone to comply, but these three Hebrew boys refused to bow to the golden image, and were brought to the King because of their disobedience. The king said he would throw them into the furnace and challenged whatever god would save them.

And this is where Daniel 3:16-18 come in: “Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego answered and said to the king, “O Nebuchadnezzar, we have no need to answer you in this matter. 17If that is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, O king.” Now, this is the area where I was astounded, verse 18, which says, “But if not, let it be known to you, O king that we do not serve your gods, nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up.”

Now, how many of you remember the Hebrews were captives in the kingdom of Babylon, where Nebuchadnezzar is king? So, to have such audacity would only mean one thing, which is that they know their God, who is God Almighty. No one can have such confidence without placing confidence in a thing or a person.

Why this was astounding was that these were Hebrew boys who were captured along with fellow Hebrews like themselves, who had bowed down, and probably insulting them for their foolish act of standing because they trust in God. And the other astounding thing is that they were living in the old covenant and could be this courageous, how much those in the new covenant, where we are the temple of the Holy Spirit where He dwells, and we have the fullness of Christ in us? This is because their confidence did not fail as God rescued them from the fiery furnace. Then what is that health challenge that we cry about; or what is that financial issue that we grumble over, or whatever problem that we face that is greater than our God?

And don’t get this wrong, God wasn’t dwelling in them then. But He lives in us now under the new covenant. He has erased every form of infirmity and disease for our sake, and we still believe the nonsense report of the doctor over what Jesus has done for us.

The fiery furnace was real, so was God, but one had authority over the other. Likewise, the doctor’s report is real, so it the word of God. Unless you know and recognise who is in charge, then you would bow to the wrong authority. This was what Jesus prayed for in John 17:3, “And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.” You need to know God/Jesus Christ, know that when He said all authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Him, He wasn’t joking. If we don’t get this, then the devil would continue to deceive us, and we would continue to pray for what has already been answered. So, where do you stand?

May the LORD bless you and keep you, make His face shine upon you. May the LORD be gracious to you and lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace. AMEN.

Why not accept Jesus today if you haven’t. Pray out loud, “Jesus, I confess that You are my Lord and Saviour. I believe in my heart that God raised You from the dead. By faith in Your Word, I receive salvation now. Thank You for saving me!” Congratulations, you’re born again, you are now brand new!

The Friction Between Two Stones (Part 2)

Happy Weekend everyone,

Last time, using what I call an allegory of the stones, I said the two stones used in creating fire are used in creating faith. The first stone I explained is hope, which is what we intend to have, that we actually need. And using Hebrews 11:1, I explained that faith is not in the future tense, but in the “now” tense, and we can see that in every area in the scripture where faith was used, and even how God used faith in the creation of the universe in Genesis 1. So, how does faith work? How is it created? What is the second stone that when struck with hope creates faith? All these would be answered today.

I said the hope is what we intend to have, which we need. That which we imagine. And, Hebrews 11:1 made us understand that our hope has been made, in other words, has come to pass through faith. The question is, what made it come to pass?

This leads me to the second stone which is Grace. Grace is the provision of all that we would ever need in our life here on earth and beyond, which has been provided by God through the resurrection of Jesus Christ. In order to get this Grace, you need hope, which are the things you intended to have which has been provided by Grace. Faith here is simply the believing that all that has been provided by Grace.

Faith is the belief that all that has been given to you by Grace is real and not in the future, because, it actually is real.

In other words, if a person always wanted perfect health, Grace has provided perfect health, but it is left to you to believe that you have the perfect health right now—this is faith.

Faith is not being optimistic, faith is reality which we can activate simply by believing it as real. And you ask, just like that? Why is just like that?

The reason why it is so simple is that is it all that Jesus is, that which He became when He resurrected. Just as all that Adam was we were, likewise, all that the second Adam—Jesus Christ is, we are, which can be gotten by receiving Him as our new life, (ref.: 2 Corinthians 5:17; Galatians 2:20; 1 John 4:17; Ephesians 1:15-22, 2:4-7, 3:20).

We cannot have faith in the Grace given to us if we didn’t have a hope in what was provided by Grace. Likewise, we cannot have faith if what has been provided for isn’t there. Faith cannot exist without Grace and Hope. Therefore, if we have received Jesus as our new life, we shouldn’t pray in the futuristic tense, but in the present or “now” tense because what we hoped for has been provided by God in Grace through Jesus Christ. This is The Friction Between Two Stones.

The Friction Between Two Stones

Hello everyone,

You will have perfect health, good success, prosperity, love, joy, peace of mind, fulfilment, will find favour this year in Jesus’ name. This is what I pray for everyone who is reading this right now. But do you know that my prayer wasn’t a prayer of faith? I’ll tell you why in a minute.

When we go to the woods, maybe for camp, and want to make a campfire, we could make fire by causing friction between two dry stones by striking them together over dry wood. One stone cannot make a fire on its own, the two are needed to create fire. Using these allegory of the stones, they could be likened to two key elements that create faith. Why are they?

The first stone is Hope, and it is what we intend to have, which is actually a true need. So, those who need health would pray for health, those who need success would pray for success, and those who need peace of mind would pray for the peace of mind. All, these are what you intend getting in the nearest future, which is what is in your imagination to come to pass. So, coming back to my prayer in the first paragraph, my prayer was just a prayer of hope and not of faith.

The popular verse in Hebrews 11:1 says, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Verse 3 says God framed the worlds by faith, and not by hope. Which would imply that the moment God said there is light we saw the light (ref.: Genesis 1). God never said there will be light, because if He said that, that would be hope. Thus, faith is not a futuristic tense, but a present tense, or I’d say a now tense.

So, how does faith work? Remember, I said there are two stones at the beginning? Now we know the first stone is hope. So what does hope strike on to create faith? And how is it appropriated properly.

Log on tomorrow as I continue with this topic: THE FRICTION BETWEEN TWO STONES.

May the LORD bless you and keep you, make His face shine upon you. May the LORD be gracious to you and lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace. AMEN.

Your New Beginning Without Procrastination (Part 2)

Hello everyone,

Yesterday, I gave two causes of procrastination. The first I gave is that we fail to plan, while the second is that we don’t have a clear view of what we want. I made use of Proverbs 29:18 where the Amplified Bible says, “Where there is no vision [no redemptive revelation of God], the people perish; but he who keeps the law [of God, which includes that of man]-blessed (happy, fortunate, and enviable) is he.”  So, what could be the source of the wrong focus?

We all have dreams, but until we identify the tools in achieving the dream, and putting pen to paper, our dreams won’t become a vision. But what causes procrastination is that we focus on what we are not good at. We have skills and talents which we must have identified ourselves or maybe by family and friends. We are to build our vision around the skills and talents God has given us. So, when we build our vision over what we are not good at, we would get frustrated and would waste time and eventually procrastinate.

The third cause of procrastination is that we listen to discouraging words from family and friends. In other words, we doubt ourselves. Many times our dreams and vision are new, never seen before. But as I said because you have identified the tools in achieving the dream, and putting pen to paper, you are to be confident in your vision. This is why it is called vision because you are to see the result of your vision. Many people would be against what you intend to do, and we could wait and have a second thought, and while you are having a second thought, you are procrastinating.

The fourth cause is that we don’t trust God. The same Proverbs 29:18 says those who keep the law of God are blessed and fulfilled. Now, we are in the new covenant where you receive Jesus as your new life, and the Holy Spirit leads you after you meditate on the word of God. The Holy Spirit shows you the practical steps in applying the word of God in your daily life. In other words, He would show you what exactly you are good at and show the pathway in achieving these goals of yours through the word God. It is left for you to trust Him.

We are to believe and trust in Lord Jesus as the Holy Spirit guides us. He puts in our hearts the dream, shows us how to get it done, which is the vision. But if you don’t trust Him and doubt or have a second thought, we would procrastinate and in procrastinating we are not taking action, because the action is what produces the goals, which is the result.

Take that action now, without it, there would be no result. But remember, you cannot take action without having the tools in your hands and where to use these tools, which is the vision stage. In applying action to it at the right time and place, our goals would be achieved. But waiting and having a second thought is procrastination. And the only person you can trust in getting you there through His guidance is the Holy Spirit, who is the Spirit of Jesus. May you have a blessed year with good results to show for it, AMEN.

Your New Beginning Without Procrastination

Happy New Year everyone,

Wow, 365 days have come and gone and another 365+1 days have come in this New Year. Many of us wait for this New Year to come in order to amend our ways or set new goals for ourselves, and believe we would achieve them. The question we are to ask ourselves is why we don’t get to achieve all the goals we set for the year. Although, I know many of us to achieve our goals, for those who keep repeating these New Year resolutions over and over, why don’t we achieve these goals? I’ll tell you why in a second.

The answer is simple, we procrastinate. We’ve often heard that procrastination is the thief of time. As you delay in carrying out your goals, time doesn’t wait for you. As we lose each second, we can’t get them back. So, what causes procrastination?

The first reason is that we fail to plan. But that sounds odd right, because if you didn’t plan, how did you come about those goals. Many times, what we call goals are actually dreams. It is good to have dreams, but dreams are the level that helps you achieve your goals. You need to put pen to paper on what exactly you want to achieve with the tools in mind in achieving them. Once, you have the tools in achieving these dreams, it is no longer a dream but a vision.

The Bible says in Proverbs 29:18 that, “Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.” KJV. So, we understand how important vision is. The use of the word “perish” could also mean that your plan would fail.

The Amplified Bible of Proverbs 29:18 says, “Where there is no vision [no redemptive revelation of God], the people perish; but he who keeps the law [of God, which includes that of man]-blessed (happy, fortunate, and enviable) is he.” The vision here implies the absence of revelation of God. In other words, it is like a dog barking at the wrong tree. And this brings me to the second reason as to what causes procrastination.

The second reason is that we don’t have a clear view of what we want. In other words, we have skills or talents but focus on wrong dreams and vision, and this could be very frustrating because you could be agitated and desperate to get results whereas you focused on what you were not good at. And what could be the source of the wrong focus?
