Stewardship Is A Time Of Rejoicing

The Grace of the Lord is upon anyone who walks with Him, because to walk with the Lord is to flow in His might; it is to know how He reasons. Enoch walked with God and understood how God reasons.

To be a steward is to submit to whatever the owner (God) leads you to. It is not an enslavement but a choice. It is a choice that brings times upon times of rejoicing.

Isaiah 60:1 says, "ARISE [from the depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept you–rise to a new life]! Shine (be radiant with the glory of the Lord), for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you!" AMPC

To arise is to leave a state of mind or to leave a condition or situation for another. When you go about things by yourself, not knowing where to go, because you walk with probabilities and speculations, this isn't walking the path God created for you in Christ Jesus. But the moment you choose to be a steward, having a lifestyle of walking in Grace, you leave a life of depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept you, into a life where you shine, being radiant with the glory of the Lord.

Proverbs 4:18 says, "But the lovers of God walk on the highway of light, and their way shines brighter and brighter until they bring forth the perfect day." TPT. To shine is to manifest the glory of God who is your nature and whom you're representing as a steward. As you keep on walking with God, the fulness of Christ is being manifested and activated in all you do more and more till you reach full manner and stature of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

It is a time of rejoicing. Apostle Paul said in Philippians 4:4, "Be cheerful with joyous celebration in every season of life. Let joy overflow, for you are united with the Anointed One !" TPT. It can only be in Christ that you can have a life of rejoicing. All that He is and owns has He given to you. PRAISE JESUS!

Why not accept Jesus today if you haven’t. Pray out loud, “Jesus, I confess that You are my Lord and Saviour. I believe in my heart that God raised You from the dead. By faith in Your Word, I receive salvation now. Thank You for saving me!” Congratulations, you’re born again, you are now brand new!
