There Is an Ark and a Flood

Hi everyone,

When we read in Genesis about Noah and the flood, and why God had to send the flood, it seems like a story of old. But what surprises me is that many do not know that the story of Noah is happening all over again, but this time not with a literal flood.

Jesus said in Matthew 24:37-37, “But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. 38 For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, 39 and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.” Do not be afraid when you hear things about the second coming of Jesus Christ, what we are to do is to take heed and be prepared.

The heart of man today is very hard, even more than the days of Christ, this is why we don’t see miracles happen as it did during the days of Christ, and why is that? The reason is that living the life of Christ is very scarce to the point that when a person performs a miracle, many do not believe. Scientists, ensure they find a flaw, as it does not corroborate with their thesis, even with the evidence in front of them. Those who believe are seen as fools or desperate people.

The world is so corrupt that we who are born into this generation do not know the intensity of the corruption because we met the world this way and we count it as normal. The Word of God is gradually seen as "old school" because it does not fall in line with the current happenings of today. But the truth is that it isn’t the Word of God that is "old school", it is the world that has drifted from the truth!

There is an ark and there is a flood. The ark today is Christ Jesus, while the flood is destruction. Just as Noah kept on telling those of his time to enter his ark for safety, likewise, the children of God are to go round the world, telling everyone to receive and live in Christ. Sadly, a lot of this has turned into a religious act. We are to come into a new life because the old life and this earth will pass away.

The old earth and its way of life would be destroyed, (ref.: Matthew 24:35; 2 Peter 3:10; Revelation 21:1), and we are warned again and again and again. As 2 Peter 3:9 says, “The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.”

We are warned everyday just as everyone was warned in the days of Noah. When Jesus comes the second time, no one would be without the excuse of not hearing the gospel of repentance who were alive when He came.

Live each day as if it were your last in sense of getting prepared for His coming.

May the LORD bless you and keep you, make His face shine upon you. May the LORD be gracious to you and lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace. AMEN.

Why not accept Jesus today if you haven’t. Pray out loud, “Jesus, I confess that You are my Lord and Saviour. I believe in my heart that God raised You from the dead. By faith in Your Word, I receive salvation now. Thank You for saving me!” Congratulations, you’re born again, you are now brand new!

Having a Happy Heart and Cheerful Mind Always

Hello everyone,

Proverbs 17:22 says, “A happy heart is good medicine and a cheerful mind works healing, but a broken spirit dries up the bones.” AMP. This verse is a very powerful one which has a deep message in it. Let me explain the power within this verse.

A happy heart and a cheerful mind isn’t just something someone has like that, especially when it involves good medicine and healing. The human effort could attain this through various methods attached to it. Remember, the broken spirit dries up the bones. This verse isn’t figurative completely, it also has its strong literary meaning.

The heart of man cannot stay happy and cheerful all the time, the reason is that everything has a source, and the source Man has isn’t a happy and cheerful one. But there is a source that comes with being happy and cheerful all the time.

When you receive Jesus into your life, He becomes your life, and the old life passes away. And everything that Jesus has right now seated at the right hand of God is what we now have in our spirit, because our spirit is who we are.

This new spirit is a brand new life of Jesus which we now live. The spirit that functions within Jesus is the Holy Spirit, which implies that the spirit which we attained is the Holy Spirit. And as we live according to the Holy Spirit, we then portray the characteristics of the Holy Spirit naturally through how we live which is the fruit of the Holy Spirit which includes: love, joy, peace, patience (longsuffering), kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control (ref. Galatians 5:22-23). This is when we can be happy all the time and have a cheerful, then we start to see the good medicine and healing the verse was talking about.

Even though we have the Holy Spirit living in us, it is our choice to follow Him or be led by Him. This is why those who are born of God cannot be depressed or sick, or anything Jesus doesn’t have. We are to know who we are by looking and fixing our eyes on Jesus in order to unleash the fullness of Christ in our everyday life such as having a happy heart and a cheerful mind every second of our lives.

The New Cool Life

Hi, everyone,

We have heard of religion, and of course, most of the world is under one religion or the other. Through proper understanding of the Word of God, we have come to understand that Christianity is not a religion. But what this has established is just the truth which many are not practicing. Why am I saying this?

Many who are Christians look at Christianity as something which has rules and guidelines to follow unknowingly. So, they are careful not to break any of the rules. This is to say they have accepted to live within the terms and conditions of what the new covenant brings. It is not what they would do naturally, but what they must do to show to the world that they are Christians.

Now, some may say it is natural for them to study the Word of God. But their actions are very much similar to other religions who study their holy books. What makes them different from the other is the deity each one follow. So, what is the action those who are Christians meant to portray? Or, how is Christianity not a religion?

Well, Christianity is not a religion, but with the way it is portrayed today, ‘Christianity’ is a religion because those who act within rules and regulation has to have a name tag, given to them, and it has been given to them—Christianity! So, those who are to live as one born of God shouldn’t be tagged with the name Christians as the world portrays it today, and here’s why.

What Jesus established wasn’t a religion. What Jesus brought was life! Allow me to explain. You wake up in the morning, you wash your mouth, eat, you see something funny, you laugh, you see something sad, you cry, you dance when you want to dance. These are things you just do like you just do them without a guideline of how to laugh or cry, or how to wake up or something like that. This is living or this is just life to you.

The truth is that all I just described is attached to a spirit, it comes from within, and it is who you are. Now, the ‘just living’ type of life before Jesus came was a corrupt way of living. As a result of this, Man found ways of pleasing God by creating rules, in other words, creating types of religion. This is different from just living. Now, God saw that life was corrupt and brought a brand new life which is not corrupt, this was the life Jesus brought through His resurrection.

Just the way you admire a person living a cool life, this was how Jesus was the first to have a brand new cool life, never seen before on earth. This life is the life we were meant to live, the life that God created us to be. So, when we receive Jesus into our life, the source of our life is replaced by a brand new life, which is the new cool life Jesus lives. So, our waking up and doing things is from within a brand new life, which is the Jesus life. This is why the Law became obsolete because the new life doesn’t need the Law, what we have is a brand new life, the exact life Jesus has, (ref. Hebrews 8:13). And the more we know about ourselves, the more we live the new life naturally, (ref. Romans 12:1-2).

It is not in going to church or attending Bible studies that make us accepted by God. All those are for us to know who we are. Just like someone who lost his memory and reads a book about who he is. He naturally starts acting himself as he gets into shape because the new us comes from within a new cool spirit. There are rules in living this cool life, just live the new cool life that’s all, (ref. Romans 6).

This is why being in Christ is so cool

May the LORD bless you and keep you, make His face shine upon you. May the LORD be gracious to you and lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace. AMEN.

Why not accept Jesus today if you haven’t. Pray out loud, “Jesus, I confess that You are my Lord and Saviour. I believe in my heart that God raised You from the dead. By faith in Your Word, I receive salvation now. Thank You for saving me!” Congratulations, you’re born again, you are now brand new!

See Only Jesus When You Look Into The Mirror

Hello everyone,

When you look into the mirror, you are not meant to see yourself, instead, you are meant to Jesus. No matter what happens to you, see Jesus, because He is who you have become.

This is what happened when Jesus was raised from the dead. All our sins were erased completely. Now, sin isn’t adultery, theft, backbiting, and the rest. All those are the works of the sin/flesh, or to make it clearer, they are the fruits of sin. Sin is the nature we became after Adam ate of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. So, when Jesus died, He destroyed sin, and when He was raised, it was confirmed, (ref. 1 Corinthians 15:17). We then activate it by receiving Jesus, who is the new life or nature into us.

Now, as Jesus is our new nature, we are to see Him when we look into the mirror. My point here is that the devil always ensures that we lose our focus on Jesus, and then look at ourselves. This is where we see sickness, failure, financial troubles, marital troubles, and others. We are only able to see this when we stop looking at Jesus.

The more you fix your being on Jesus, and understand that all that He is, is all that you are, the more you become Him, and what the devil has been deceiving you with, fades away.

Every sickness or anything that is not in line with who Jesus is, is a lie and not true, because since you have been raised with Christ, you are all that He is here on earth, (ref. 1 John 4:17), not only in the Spirit, but in the body also. We can only activate it when we fix our eyes on Jesus. And we can do this through praise and worship to God, thanksgiving to Him, the meditation on the Word of God by searching for Jesus in every scripture, taking Holy Communion, speaking in tongues, and other ways the Holy Spirit leads you that is in line with the Word of God which leads you to Jesus and glorify Him.

Fixing your eyes on Jesus is what transforms your life, it is what changes the doctor’s report to a positive one, it is what make you have a happy marriage, it is what make you never lack, and others. And it is not about looking at yourself but fixing your eyes and life on Jesus.

Jesus is perfection, Jesus is health, Jesus is life! You are not what the devil shows you. This is where miracles happen to those who are born of God. Those who are born of God cannot be sick. We reflect Jesus, and all that He is is all that we are. You are to confess who Jesus is in everything. Ignore every other thing, and only focus on Jesus. This is the way out, you don’t have a life outside Jesus.

You are not called to a fanatic, religious, gullible way of life, rather, you are called by Jesus and are to be led by the Holy Spirit in line with the Word of God to live the Jesus life. Doing anything outside this is being religious and foolish. The 'Jesus' life is the life that makes you stand out, as Jesus did while here on earth. And of course, you have His Spirit. See Jesus in the mirror and nothing else and experience always.

Becoming The Reflection

Happy New Week everyone,

Philip, one of Jesus’ disciples asked Jesus to show him and the other disciples, the Father. Then Jesus in John 14:9-10 said, “Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? 10 Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me? The words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority; but the Father who dwells in Me does the works.”

Jesus had earlier said in John 5:19 that all that He does is as He sees the Father do, in other words, there was nothing He did that wasn’t inclined by the Father, that He did nothing outside what the Father approved. So, with what Jesus told Philip, it meant He was the reflection of the Father or the image of God here on earth in words and deed. This goes to show Jesus was and is God directly and not One behaving like God. Jesus, while on earth had the Spirit of God, thus, He was God in human form.

I’m sure, some of you who know this would be like, “OK, where is he going with this?” Now, here’s where I’m heading. Jesus like any Man had to learn, He wasn’t born with knowledge. He had to know who He was by spending time with God, and through the scriptures. At an early age, He knew God was His Father.

My point here is, those who are born of God now have the same Spirit Jesus has, and are empowered with power He now has as being glorified, which supersedes that which He had here on earth. So, why do we fall sick? Why do we have to live as one who isn’t saved? In other words, what differentiates us from the unsaved is that we go to church, nothing else. Why are we not like Jesus?

That’s it! The answer is, we all try to be LIKE Jesus instead of being Jesus. Let me explain. When Jesus explained to Philip who God is, Jesus made it clear that seeing Him was seeing God. He didn’t put a separation, as to Him doing everything God was doing, thus making a separation. What Jesus did, was to make them understand that He is God. The only mystery to them was that God was also in heaven. But He was here on earth with them as Jesus!

So, many of us have limited ourselves below Jesus, not to raise ourselves above Him. That is where we get it wrong. The moment anyone becomes a new creation, which is being born of God, He becomes one with Jesus, thus becoming Jesus. In other words, you are found in Jesus. There is no new entity, as making yourself separate from Jesus. What happens is that you become the body of Christ. And this what 1 John 4:17 means by saying, as He is so are we in this world.

Just the way there was no distinction between Jesus and God, likewise, there is no distinction between us as Jesus. But why aren’t we seeing this manifestation of the fullness of Jesus, as we have received? (ref. Ephesians 1:22-23; 1 Corinthians 2:16). The answer is the hardness of our mind.

We have trust and unbelief issues, and this has been the reason the fullness of Christ which is our true nature hasn’t flowed through our mind and transformed our bodies.

There should be no admiration of who Jesus because He is who we are now. We ceased to exist, and Jesus became our new life, but we can only allow His life to flow into our bodies by getting our minds transformed, which doesn’t make our mind not hardened, and the spiritual life which is our life and the life of Christ Jesus flows through our mind into our body. And we then live the fullness of Christ here on earth. Thus, we then say, ‘if you’ve seen us, you’ve seen Christ Jesus’.

This message is quite deep, and I’ve summarised it to still carry the message. But you could ask questions that aren’t clear through our comments section below.

May the LORD bless you and keep you, make His face shine upon you. May the LORD be gracious to you and lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace. AMEN.

Who Told You That You Were Naked?

Hello everyone,

I went through Genesis 3 and something struck me when I read verses 9 to 11 which says, “Then the LORD God called to Adam and said to him, “Where are you?” 10So he said, “I heard Your voice in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; and I hid myself.” 11And He said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree of which I commanded you that you should not eat?” This aspect surprised God if I could put it that way, and the question was why? It was because the statement made by Adam wasn’t what God put in him when he was created.

It is just like taking your child for example, if your child uses a fowl word you never taught the child, neither have you ever used the word yourself, the question you would ask your child is where he or she got that word from? The same thing was what happened when God heard Adam say he was afraid and naked, it wasn’t what God taught Adam and his wife, as He visited them every day in the garden. Therefore, someone else must have influenced Adam’s language.

Genesis 2:25 says, “And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.” Why am I concerned about this? Adam’s nature changed when he ate of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, which was why God asked him if he had eaten from that tree?

The key point to note here is that our words reflect our nature or our words should reflect our nature. And those who are in Christ shouldn’t speak as those who aren’t saved, or without understanding. As Isaiah 33:24 says, “And no inhabitant [of Zion] will say, I am sick; the people who dwell there will be forgiven their iniquity and guilt.” AMPC. That is to say that those who are born of God aren’t meant to say that they are sick.

No matter what the Doctor or anyone say to you, if it doesn’t correspond with who you are in Christ then it is not true. Yes, the physical body would shout what the Doctor says, but one thing you must understand is that the body only becomes what you tell it. And when you believe in your heart that you cannot be whatever negative thing the Doctor said, and it is confirmed in the Word of God, then you need to teach and confess to your body continuously that the body is healed and made whole in Christ.

The truth is that as you confess the Word of God which is the truth to your body, and you believe it in your heart, you are not just confessing ordinary words, rather, you are confessing life to your body and this is the truth because it is your true nature.

This doesn’t apply to health alone, but to every situation, we face in life. We need to know who we are in Christ which is our true nature, and we shouldn’t just know it, we should become it, which is who God made you become in Christ Jesus. Do not give up, just be consistent and ask the Holy Spirit to strengthen you, (ref. Romans 8:26), and you’ll see the physical transformation in your body as you keep on keeping on.
